  1. Suplemental thermal stabilizer.- The high oxygen-oxirane value allows the inhibition of hydrochloric acid produced by thermal decomposition of the material, improving long-term thermal stability, initial color and open air exposure resistance 
  2. Pigment dispersant
  3. Methyl esters provide plastisoles and organosoles with an initial viscosity control, delivering depressor characteristics. 
These supplementary plasticizers are essential components in PVC formulations. Recommended as co-stabilizers, maintaining excellent stability to light and heat. Its low acidity effectively retards the decomposition of the PVC compound.

Our high quality Epoxidized Soybean oil is manufactured with high purity edible soybean oil, has excellent compatibility with PVC resins so it can be used in flexible compounds as plasticizer or stabilizer, with high Oxirane number it keeps excellent stability for light and temperature. 
Its low level acidity avoids compound decomposition
Acts efficiently with metallic stabilizers. 

It is recommended for non toxic films which would be in contact with food and other uses like blood bags and water deposits.
Is also an excellent lubricant and process aid in rigid compounds, and as a pigment dispersant.
Compatible with chlorinated rubber, nitrocellulose, neoprene, PVC and PVA emulsions.
